Here's my review of the Vaas DLC . It's a brilliant look at Vaas' background. There are lots of wacky and absurd locales, as well as nods to FC3. It's definitely a treat for fans of Vaas or FC3 (or the franchise in general). The rogue-lite system works for the most part, but you need to put in the time if you want to do a full run.
